I mean, before Doctor Strange 2 movie we can see him in Spider-Man: No Way Home movie also. Dr. Strange is pretty much at the center of the whole ‘opening the multiverse’ thing in Spider-Man: No Way Home, which might also lead to the older Spider-Men Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield coming back (according to the rumors). But if Wolverine comes back, especially on the MCU, this is going to be crazy.

Hugh Jackman is a popular superstar among fans, mainly due to his portrayal of Wolverine in the X-Men series. In fact, he is so talented that 20th Century Fox actually created a complete Wolverine franchise with him. Because of that, any actor cannot fill the character of the Wolverine instead of Jackman.
However, Hugh decided to leave that role after filming Logan in 2017. According to rumors, Marvel has encouraged him to come out of retirement and reprise his role as the hero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, rather than the Fox Studio. Jackman most probably will appear in a cameo as the Wolverine in Dr. Strange 2, which will be released in 2022. Marvel Studios has not yet confirmed or denied the rumors. Seeing what they have done with the return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield in the Spider-Man movie, this may seem pretty familiar.
